Firestone®
The team at Firestone came to us with a hefty challenge: after 15 years in the modular roofing industry, sales were flat and their market share didn't match their brand equity. That needed to change, and quickly.
After doing some serious industry-wide digging and conducting several qualitative research interviews, we discovered few people in the industry knew Firestone was involved in modular roofing, let alone the full extent of products and services they offered.
We also uncovered what was most important to people in the modular roofing industry: reassurance that their suppliers were also a dedicated part of the industry, part of the same community.
We launched a re-branding effort with Firestone, giving them a unified, highly recognized presence in the modular roofing industry.
Together we developed a new look that capitalized on the Firestone name and showcased their dedication to modular roofing, a company brochure that detailed the benefits of doing business with Firestone, 3D graphic renderings of their unique application techniques and a distributor counter display spotlighting their products.
Shortly after the rebranding effort, perceptions within the industry began to change and sales increased.
